SpecSys, Inc. was responsible for the design, documentation, operator guard testing, hitch extensions and adaptor plates for pushback tractors.
This effort was completed using Solid Works CAD software and Ansys Finite Element Analysis software.
Manufacturing and Field Installation
SpecSys, Inc. completed the full fabrication and test in it’s Granite Falls facility.
Upon completion of production, SpecSys, Inc. set-up mobile installation rigs to provide the installation on 100’s of tractors in North America at over 30 different airports. This allowed our Client the ability to quickly provide increased safety to their employees without having extended down time of equipment.
