FEA Analysis/Design Enhancement/Documentation
SpecSys, Inc. was responsible for converting customer provided drawings into 3D models, ran Finite Element Analysis and made appropriate updates, then finally provided as tested CAD models and drawings to be used in production.
This effort was completed using CREO CAD software and Ansys Finite Element Analysis software.
Test Validation of Design
SpecSys, Inc. designed and manufactured the test fixture, developed the test plan, executed pull test while instrumented with load cells and strain gauges, and provided final test report.
Dewesoft Data Acquisition System was used during the test.
