Fast track project with the SpecSys, Inc. team providing design of the trailer frame and system integration along with complete documentation.

This effort was completed using Inventor CAD software and Ansys Finite Element Analysis software.

Prototype Manufacturing

The project was kicked off with the engineering team the first week of May and unit was in full track testing in December.

Fabrication, machining, weld, paint, and assembly departments completed all aspects of the build along with static testing of systems, readying the unit for on track testing.

SpecSys, Inc. completed the prototype build and test in it’s Granite Falls facility.
