SpecSys, Inc. was responsible for complete vehicle design, including frame, ROPS, power unit, hydraulic and electrical systems, and the control system.
This effort was completed using Solid Works CAD software, Ansys Finite Element Analysis software, and tested using our Dewesoft Data Acquisition System.
Prototype Manufacturing
Fabrication, machining, weld, paint, and assembly departments completed all aspects of the build, readying the unit for testing of propel, braking and all general operations and controls.
SpecSys, Inc. completed the prototype build (two units) and test in it’s Granite Falls facility.
