SpecSys, Inc. was responsible for the design and documentation of a Dynamometer with a 1000-ton top drive.
This effort was completed using Solid Works CAD software, Ansys Finite Element Analysis software, and tested using our Dewesoft Data Acquisition System.
Prototype Manufacturing
Fabrication, machining, weld, paint, and assembly departments completed all aspects of the build, readying the unit for final testing with our client.
SpecSys, Inc. completed the prototype build and test in it’s New Ulm facility.
