Specialty Systems (SpecSys Inc.) was founded in 1997. In its early stages the home-based consulting business primarily supported the design and engineering departments of machinery and equipment manufacturers. With the addition of 3D CAD design/drafting, engineering analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and technical publications SpecSys quickly grew to include additional staff.
SpecSys Inc. engineering has developed a great clientele and supported positive growth. The growth has led us to the following communities:
- Montevideo, MN
- Cloquet, MN
- Redwood Falls, MN
- New Ulm, MN
- Watertown, SD
- Prentice, WI
The expansions have allowed SpecSys to add talent with a diverse level of experience and industry knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. The growth now provides nearly 60,000 labor hours of engineering annually.
Our manufacturing career started in 1999, thanks for a strong demand from several clients. Our humbling beginnings have now led to a turnkey operation including metal fabrication, machining, weld, paint and assembly equipment. The manufacturing growth has led us to the following facilities:
